## Session 13
Pausing on the tense situation at the Wizard of Wines winery, we go back to see what Bol has been up to. He leaves Vallaki, traveling west, picking the northern path at the Luna River Crossroads. Eventually he comes across the aftermath of the wolf hunt Bea's Nuts were involved in at a Ransacked Carriage. A trapper named Vladislav Korga is there, and after some mutual suspicion, he accompanies Bol on his way to the winery.
After some conversation about silver weapons and the dangers in the land of Barovia, they eventually arrive at a branching road leading to the winery. They see some ravens flying around, and Vladislav seems to get a little spooked, and decides to leave Bol to it. Bol approaches the winery and sees a hooded man beckoning him over in the forest, he investgates.
Destry and Squan are already here at Davian's camp when Bol arrives. Davian catches them up on the current situation, and warns them of the dangers getting into the winery, they heed his advice, and start making their way towards the structure.
The three of them battle their way inside, it was a struggle with Bol falling to the ground in the tangled vines, eventually they fight their way to the Loading Dock, where they stacked barrels while Destry poured an arc of oil around the entrance, and lit it ablaze.
Meanwhile, Pip, Bea and the rest of the group were upstairs getting a handle on the situation while Arbane was identifying the staff he got from a druid. The druid yelling out before being slain prompted a reaction in the next room, and the group prepared for a fight right as Squan, Destry and Bol arrived downstairs. The fight spilled out into the fermentation room, where Bea fell into on of the large wooden barrels on top of several hordes of twig blights. Ireena, the Wolf Hunters, and the party fought hard , defeating the second druid and a few hordes of twig blights.
## Session 14
Upstairs, as the battle inside the winery winded down, Arbane continued his study of the Staff dropped by the Druid, while Pip cooked him some stew. Trouble arose once again as the hordes from outside started making their way through the loading dock past the rain-smothered fire. Intense close quarters combat continued, fending off wave after wave of blights, when Arbane raised the staff and commanded the blights to stop.
Now free to explore the winery, the group found their way in the Cellar below. A confused Vine Blight was commanded to leave the room, and the party examined all the bottles of wine stored there. Destry spotted a Druid Assailant trying to sneak out a doorway near by, when it tried to make a break for it, Destry was able to grapple him before he could escape.
Bea forced an interrogation with her intimidation, and the group was able to extract some knowledge about the Druids' intentions. They learned of magic crystals that helped keep the winery soil rich and productive, and how Baba Lysaga, a powerful figure in the lands, worked with them to extract the crystals. They had recently stolen the final one a few weeks ago, but have returned this time to poison the wine and search for something else. All he knew was, he would know when he found it, as it resembles the Druids most mortal foe.
## Session 15
Down in the cellar, the group found a secret room while noting the difference of temperature along different walls. The center divider of the room contained a hidden hallway, covered in a strange and cold brown mold. Bea kept getting dangerously hurt by the intesne cold, and after peering thorugh a crack into the space to a cave beyond the hallway, Pip was able to use Mage Hand to extract a strange artifact. It was a totem, carved to resemble a Raven. The group rested down in the cellar, and made their way upstairs.
While exploring the rest of the winery, the group came across another druid, hiding in the printing room. What seemed like an easy fight became more complicated when vineblights hiding outside the windows filtered into the tiny room, constraining and slashing the group with their vines. They managed to defeat the druid and monsters. It seemed they rid the winery of all dangers within.
They started looting some of the rooms, with some more conflicted than others about taking the belongings of the ones they were assigned to help. In the master bedroom, Bea bashed open a chest, where they found a lot of money and a locket. They also found what seemed to be shipment ledgers for the transport of wine. Their biggest fixation in the winery, was a small rocking horse in the children's room. It was a black horse with wilde eyes, painted with orange flames where its mane, tail and hooves should be. Pip, immediately claiming the toy as something they should carry with them, used his mage hand to lift it and set it out in the front yard.
On the way out, Arbane explained to the group how the staff works the best he could, and how he was concerned about using it too much. He explained that he's been fighting some kid of addiction with the pastries , so between that and this staff taking root in his literal veins he's not sure what they should do with the staff. Upon learning about his pastry addiction, Destry asked him if he had any on him. He said yes, and Destry asked him to destroy it. Arbane reached in his bag and removed the pastry, and after some conflict he threw it on the ground and smushed it with his foot.
They walked back over to Davian's camp, who was very pleased to hear they actually managed to clear out the place. The conversation quickly moved to the subject of the rocking horse, which Davian was puzzled to see but glad they could return it to his grandson Viggo, as it's his favorite toy. Pip claimed that he was wrong, this was a different one. Davian wasn't sure how to react to this, it's clearly the toy, but also why would they lie about that? After some back and forth, he looked up to the trees, made a clicking noise, and a raven flew away towards the winery. He changed the subject back to the situation at hand, but it wasn't long before the raven returned, and he pressed the party again about the horse. The group panicked, and decided to run away from the camp, with the confused Martikovs puzzled about everything.
